Attorney

Jefferson L. Brannon

Jeff focuses his practice on construction litigation, succession and estate planning, probate, and advising small businesses on acquisitions. A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Jeff brings a wealth of diverse experience to his legal practice, including a background in government consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he advised officials on projects ranging from science and technology oversight to the development of electronic warfare training methodologies. His strategic approach and attention to detail enable him to navigate complex legal issues effectively on behalf of his clients.

Jeff is admitted to practice law in Texas, Alabama, and Tennessee. When not advocating for his clients, Jeff enjoys fly fishing and bird hunting with his German Shorthaired Pointer.

Prior to his legal career, Jeff served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army’s First Cavalry Division, completing two deployments to Iraq.

Jeff approaches every legal challenge with the same optimism he brings to Mississippi State football—though he admits, one has a slightly better track record.
